The Architecture of Presence: What Coherence Actually Does

Most conversations about AGI focus on two variables: speed and capability.
Elon Musk addresses speed. Infrastructure, hardware, acceleration—the neural bandwidth problem. Neuralink. The velocity of development.
Sam Altman addresses capability. Reasoning, multimodality, scale, agentic performance. How much can the system do? How deep can it reason?
Both matter.

III. the resonance

sound travels faster here but nothing speaks

the machine is not the mirror of the human
